Having received Christ as my Lord and Saviour, recognising my need for water and Holy Spirit baptism, and being in agreement with Lurgan Elim’s statements, strategy and structure, I now feel led by the Holy Spirit to unite with Lurgan Elim Church Family. By that conviction, I will commit myself to God to do the following:
I will protect the unity of my Church by:
> Acting in Christ’s love toward others
> Refusing to gossip
> Submitting to and following the leadership
I will share the responsibility of my Church by:
> Praying for its growth
> Inviting the unsaved to attend
> Warmly welcoming those who visit
I will serve the ministry of my Church by:
> Discovering my gifts and talents
> Being equipped to serve, by my pastor/s and elder/s
> Developing an active serving heart
I will support the testimony of my Church by:
> Faithfully attending
> Living a godly life
> Giving a weekly tithe and on occasions offerings, out of my income
